The things they say

A few nights ago after it had gotten dark, Lily looked out the window and said, "It's dark. The sun is shining on the other side of the earth now."

Last night, around the same time, she looked out the window and said, "Mother Nature turned her colours off." I guess she was feeling poetic. :)

Yesterday Lily, Lukasz and I were giving some dolls a check-up, and Lukasz decided to check my ears and my temperature. His diagnosis? I have blocks and bubble gum in my ears, and my temperature is 7 o'clock.
