She came home bubbling with news of the day - mainly that they had played Capture the Flag at gym and the teams were tied four wins each. In the 9th game, the fastest kid in their class, Ezekiel, grabbed Lily's team's flag and headed back to his side. Just as he was about to cross the line and win the game, Lily tagged him and he had to go to jail! Then the fastest player on her team, Brooke, got the other team's flag and Lily's team won 5 games to 4!
During dance this evening, her jazz teacher said that the dancer with the pointiest toes would get to sit out a dance and rest. Lily's toes were the pointiest! :)
