A few nights ago in the tub, Lily started singing "Beat the drum, beat the drum, like a heartbeat, hm hm hm". I instantly knew what song she was singing; it's one of my absolute favourites:
To me, it's like a personal anthem to remind me to keep charging forward. For the kids, I love the message "it's good to be young and daring".
Lily watched this video over and over, very interested in seeing all the different instruments being played. I would love to take her to a concert, especially Great Big Sea, but she'd have to be outfitted with some serious headphones first!
