She spent an hour and a half not able to fall asleep in her bed - said it was uncomfortable. I don't think it's the bed itself as she had a firm mattress but found that uncomfortable so we got her a softer one... Sometimes there are just those nights where a bed isn't comfortable. I remember having the same kind of insomnia. So I put her on the couch near where I am working so she could see me, and in 2 minutes, after humming to herself, sleep finally came.
