The snow just kept coming down today, culminating in a power outage around 3 p.m. Yikes!
Lily had a lot of fun playing with a flashlight once it got dark, and we were able to get a lot of books read that way, too.
The snow kept Wujek Daniel and Ciocia Natalya from making it for Christmas Eve dinner while we were there, so we had a dinner with Babcia and Dziadek, and then they had a later one together... it was a whirlwind evening, but what a feast!The beautiful table:
Happy happy. :) Lukasz is all dressed up in his Christmas outfit and looking very spiffy!
He was fascinated by this Santa that would rock and sing if you made a "bump" near it.
It felt awkward to take photos when the rest of the family wasn't there yet; I guess we felt like the holidays hadn't really begun yet. But Wujek Daniel and Ciocia Natalya arrived safely around midnight, and our power was back on when we got back home, just in time for Christmas morning!
