Let's go fly a kite

It was windy today, so we jumped at the chance to go try out the kite Lily got Tatus for his birthday. There is a soccer field nearby that is perfect for kite flying. We were in such a hurry to go that Tatus didn't even get to change out of his work shirt. :) Up, up and away!

Now it's Mommy's turn to try her hand at kite flying, with Lily's help of course. Lukasz was watching the action from his stroller the entire time.

Pretty cool, eh Lily? :)

There's not much greater than running barefoot through the grass, kite in hand, on a warm summer afternoon.
